What Is It?

Who Can Take Part?
- Current Jump Start clients only
Why?
- To encourage more exercise, and improve your fitness level (and create a little playful competitiveness!!!)
When?
- Entries open 1st Feb
- Starts Saturday 18th Feb @ 10.30am with the Initial Fitness Test & Measurement.
- Awards night Friday 30th March
How do I earn points for my team?
- Participating in any Jump Start session = 10 points
- Working out at the gym, cycling, kayaking &/or swimming for 1hr = 5 points
- Completing Jump Start home program = 5 points
- Pedometer steps = 1 point for every 2000 steps
- Wearing your Jump Start top to Jump Start sessions = 2pts
- Weekly challenges = Various points
- Surprise challenges and opportunities to earn extra bonus points!
What are the weekly challenges all about?
- Each week you will need to complete one challenge eg as many step-ups as you can in 3mins; how long you can wall sit for etc etc. You will get various points for these challenges.
What does the winning team win?
- Each person in the winning team (including the Team Leader) will win:
- A one hour hot stone massage
- 2 tickets in the major raffle draw at the Awards night (prize valued at $600)
What does it cost to be part of a team?
- $250pp

How Do I Enter?
- Email or call us indicating you would like to enter.
- Tell us which trainers’ team you would like to be on, plus your 2nd choice. (We will do everything possible to accommodate these choices but it will depend on numbers etc)
- Your entry will be complete once payment is secured.
FAQ's
How does the opportunity for free weekly group sessions work?
For some people exercising by themselves is a struggle. For this reason we will give everyone the opportunity to attend one extra group session each week. Your Team Leader will offer you one of their groups each week in the 24hrs leading up to it. There will be one offer a week and you may or may not be able to attend. Don't worry if the time doesn't suit, this is why we have given you lots of other ways for you to gain points - pedometer, home program, swimming, kayaking, cycling etc etc
