How to Reduce Your Body Size
Have you noticed that we are much bigger than we used to be? Women who once weighed 50kgs are now more likely to be 70kg, it is fairly common for men to weigh 100kg and our kids are often tipping the scales at 60kg before primary school ends. YIKES!
The reason for this is that we eat a lot more food, a lot more often – which basically leads to bigger bodies all round.
While healthy bigger bodies do not pose too much of an issue health wise, the harsh truth is that the bodies tend to get bigger and bigger and not necessarily in a healthy way.
Here are some easy ways to gradually cut your food intake down, and gradually reduce your body size as a result. Remember if you burn more calories than you consume, then your body will get smaller!!!!
9 Ways To Cut Your Calories and Reduce Your Body Size
- Swap from 2 slices of toast to 1 and save 100 calories
- Swap large coffee to a small one and save 100 calories
